Book „Hommage à Čiurlionis“

„Hommage à Čiurlionis" is Stasys Eidrigevičius' creative dialogue with one of Lithuania's most important artists, Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis. Having grown up with Čiurlionis' work since childhood, Stasys perceives this connection as a communion – a conversation between two creators about their view of the world, art, and transcendence.

The book presents works of various genres and techniques: drawings, objects, masks, photographic works, as well as unique drawings on the pages of M. K. Čiurlionis' sketchbooks. The letters "S" and "Č" become symbols of connection and dialogue, linking the worlds of the two artists.

These are not reproductions of Čiurlionis' works, but independent works that testify to artistic respect, playfulness, and an equal creative relationship. The publication is based on the exhibition "Hommage à Čiurlionis" and invites viewers to a visual conversation between two geniuses through time and image.
