A forest continuum workbook

This workbook consists of multi-layered stories, workshops, and activities developed in collaboration with local children in the Kainuu region of Finland. It grew out of a series of workshops held in particularly large but disappearing areas of old-growth forest in the northern boreal zone. In this workbook, readers can discover the forest, its ecosystem and communities, and explore their surroundings through a series of multisensory activities.
