Refund policy

1.General provisions

1.1. These rules for returning goods set out the conditions under which the buyer may return goods purchased from the museum's online store.
1.2. Returns are carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
1.3. Returns only apply to goods purchased from the museum's online store.

2. Returning and exchanging goods

2.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of the delivery date without having to give a reason.
2.2. To return an item, the buyer must submit a completed return form or a free-form request by email to SHOP@stasysmuseum.com, indicating the order number, first and last name, and contact details.
2.3. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in good condition (with labels, in original packaging).
2.4. Returned goods shall be sent at the buyer's expense to the following address:
Respublikos 40, Panevėžys.
2.5. The return shipment must be properly packaged so that the goods are not damaged during transport.

3. Refund

3.1. The money for returned goods in proper condition shall be transferred to the buyer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the museum's warehouse.

3.2. Refunds shall be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase, unless the buyer and the museum agree otherwise.
3.3. Delivery costs shall not be refunded to the buyer, except in cases where the goods were defective or not the same as those ordered.

4. Defective or unsuitable goods

4.1. If the buyer has received a defective or incorrect item, they must inform the museum within 3 working days of receiving the item by email [insert email address], attaching a photo or other evidence.
4.2. In this case, the museum will cover the costs of return or exchange.
